With more than ten years of experience in criminal defense, there is not much I haven’t seen, so don’t be afraid to talk to me about any charge. I believe in respect, honesty, compassion, and diligence. No one is their charge and I will never treat someone as though they are.

Appeals & Post-Conviction

The case doesn’t always end after the verdict or the plea. If you believe your attorney or judge did something wrong, there may be an avenue to get relief - this can mean a new trial, withdrawing a guilty plea, or resentencing. I have years of successful experience in this work and will be happy to talk to you about whether this is a good idea in your case.
